If you are not from Cyprus, you would have to use a manual proxy.
If you do not know how to set up a manual proxy, click HERE!

After setting up the proxy, log in to your Stardoll account.
Then, go to: http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=648
After going to that link, you should have it your suite.
P.S Remember to untick the box when you finish using the proxy!
